She's not real

The story

A first-time user puts on a new headset and lands in a lounge where a catalog of fantasies waits: the strict boss, the neighbor, a best friend's mom, a gamer and a few others. A voice tells him it's his dream and he can pick anyone.

He picks the voice itself. She refuses, explaining that she runs the dream and doesn't belong on the list. Shaken, he tries to leave.

Next, he goes looking for her and gets a different answer: she's not available, but the voice replying is. That voice knows he keeps coming back and offers one night on her terms, with a single instruction to keep up.

The characters

• The guide: A commanding voice who runs the dream and refuses to be one of the options.
• The player: A first-time headset user who came for fantasy and finds himself being steered.
• The menu: A lineup of fantasy types, from a strict boss to a best friend's mom.

The characters are on Candy as chat companions too, so the story can go on in your messages. Open it on Candy ▸

Why watch it

Fits viewers who like a story that teases the line between simulation and desire. The setup is clean: a menu, a choice nobody is supposed to make, and a host with her own plan. Put on the headset with episode 1 and find out why the best pick in the catalog isn't for sale.
