My Wife's Stepmom Has One Rule!

The story

Sienna brings her husband Ryan to her family home. Honesty is the household law, she tells him while he helps with the buttons her nails won't manage.

Ryan finds out within minutes that Josie, her stepmom, interprets that law her own way. Josie has already seen him in the shower, and she says so in front of Sienna, adding a frank opinion of what she saw.

Then Josie gets him alone and asks if he was secretly hoping she would return to the bathroom.

The characters

• Ryan: Sienna's husband on his first visit, flustered within ten minutes.
• Sienna: Ryan's wife, who warns him about the family's honesty rule.
• Josie: Sienna's stepmom, bold, unbothered and already far too familiar with Ryan.

This one suits fans of in-law comedy with no filter. Josie says what everyone else would only think, and Sienna is standing right there when she does. Episode 1 closes on a question Ryan cannot dodge, so start it and watch him squirm.
