My Stepmom Is 22

The story

Kyle's father remarried last month, and Skye wastes no time. She jokes about leg day, says he looks better than his picture, and warns him that the bathroom door does not latch. Then Dad leaves for the summer and asks his son to look after her. Kyle says he has her covered.

Episode 2 finds Skye watching a television that is off. She reminds Kyle that she is basically his mother. A friend arrives asking for wine and meets the stepson. Kyle says he is leaving before he sees anything, and she points out that he looked, and that she left the door open. It ends on a dare to tell her to stop, and a reply that he can't.

The characters

• Skye: Kyle's brand-new stepmom, playful and blunt, who jokes about leg day and open doors.
• Kyle: The stepson left in charge for the summer, polite on the outside and shaky underneath.
• Dad: Recently remarried and away for the whole summer, trusting his son completely.
