The story

You have only just moved in when a pipe starts leaking next door at midnight. You patch it, meet Jake, and shake hands with his wife, Simona. Jake leaves for his overnight shift, and on the way out he asks you to look after her, since she has a talent for rash decisions.

She proves it that very night. Simona knocks and reports a leak in her kitchen. Soon it is fixed, and she is calling your hands magic.

The next night, after Jake leaves, she says her shower has broken. Water sprays everywhere, the head seems to have been loosened by someone, and the two soaked neighbors argue that they cannot do this, and then stop arguing.

The characters

Simona: The wife next door, smiling, soaked and persistent about leaks that need fixing.
Jake: Her husband, a night worker who trusts the new neighbor with a favor.
The new neighbor: You, freshly moved in, handy with a wrench and trying to say no.

The characters are on Candy as chat companions too, so the story can go on in your messages. Open it on Candy ▸

Why watch it

Fans of neighbor-next-door temptation will recognize the formula and enjoy the twist of plumbing as an excuse. Simona is playful, the husband is conveniently absent, and every repair brings the two closer. Watch episode 1 for the leak that starts it and the favor that makes it worse.
