Madison: My Dad's Best Friend's Daughter

The story

Madison has signed up for a tennis exchange, and her father picked the host: his best friend Ryan, who owns the circuit. Ryan hasn't seen her in years. He admits it feels odd having his old friend's daughter under his roof, then reminds himself she is an adult.

At dinner she says she wanted to start in Cincinnati and then see the world, but her father insisted on people he trusts. The jokes get bolder, and a cucumber becomes a prop.

Later she asks Ryan to film her workout, and he goes quiet behind the camera. Then he spots her on squats, hands close, eyes supposed to stay up. Fetching a towel takes him far too long.

The characters

• Madison: A tennis player on an exchange program, playful, athletic and in charge of her own jokes.
